Meet ME : Matt, Matthew, Mathieu, Matthias, Mattia, "Il MATTO" Matt(e)o!! My sweet enunciation of sacred self : "A Gift from God" -- story of blessings, beauty, betterment & beatitude -- "Plentiful Beatitude!!"

QHereKidSF celebrates six months of sobriety and his sixth craniofacial surgical reconstruction, ever more grateful of his own once fabled (now forever) fortune, fortitude & FABULOSITY!!

In his second webcam-recorded YouTube® video soliloquy, Matt(e)o | QHereKidSF rejoices in raucous, rambunctious remembrance of the once detestably degenerate, onerously opprobrious, ghastly grotesque & gruesome forehead flap which festooned his face, shaping the "miscontours" of his execrably infandous, naught-be-whole again, nefariously nasty nose & nostril for nine months more than one full year between reconstructions!

This webcam-recorded YouTube® video captures Matt(e)o | QHereKidSF (a.k.a. Matthew Blanchard) first with a mask covering the lower half of his now far less than freakish face, elastically strapped to his ears.

But, only mere moments into his homo home-bodied, hamstrung & hopeful narrative monologue, QHereKidSF gladly downs his veil to reveal a new, more proper & near natural-looking nose.

Exceedingly PROUD of & SATISFIED by this, the far late in coming, albeit most formidable, sixth craniofacial reconstruction performed by his very own team of San Francisco's most elite & reputed plastic surgeons practicing in the SFGH public health sector.

QHereKidSF expresses his JOY, GRATITUDE and new found HOPE at having a new found FACE, that could very well be closer to beautiful than this best not begot & better left beguiled boyhood brain & beating heart of his ever could have imagined it c/would be... "Closer2ME," he's named his most recent collection of post-excision photo portraits & albums, in which he proudly smiles in intimately acquainted acclamation to a now forevermore absented & anxiously forgotten forehead flap to nose.

Only stitches & scars remain of what was once a sadly misshapen nose & nostril that stretched from brow to septum.

What was once a flap of forehead flesh perched most conspicuously above the curvaceous contours of his Quasimodo mouth now has been cut off, stitched up and sculpted to compliment, if not supplement, his sweet & silly, severed, swollen smile!!

Gladly, he proclaims, "Beauty beguiled begods!!" Meaning: all begotten beauty, even be it of a beast, is blessed by a blossoming of boisterously beaming beatitude, when once better left for dead, but twice or thrice or four times more best becoming beautiful again through sure-willed & wonderful stories of odds beat by self-betterment!!

But, only at God's speed... God willing!!

Thanks David! -- Can't wait til you get to see my new nose in person.

The swelling is going down more each day; after a couple more surgeries, it should look very close to normal. Look at it now; it kinda only looks like it's inflamed from an allergic reaction or something of the sort. You'll have to give me the low down when I see you next.

I'm grateful that you are here to witness this healing & progress. Your support has had such a great impact on my successes!!
