Zero in on sculpting the hamstrings with this challenging move.

How To:
Stand in front of the chair and lean forward, grasping the arms of the chair to support your upper body weight. Shift your weight to your right leg, and curl your left leg up and back, pulling your heel as close to your butt as possible. Straighten your leg out behind you without letting your foot touch the floor and repeat the curl for the desired number of reps.
