It is clear why our rights have evaporated to the point that we have to ask permission from the government for almost everything we want to do. If you get a license or a permit, it is asking permission! Permission isn't necessary for rights. Rights aren't asked for; they are demanded. Go Ron Paul!

Most Americans have taken our rights for granted insomuch that they don't even care to know them. How are we to know when a trespass on our liberties and rights has happened if we don't even know our rights? Police officers and politicians bank on the fact that most Americans don't educate themselves about their own rights, and it allows for infringement or the forfeiting of our rights. Everyone; get educated about our history, our rights, and how our country started.

The U.S. constitution, and therfore the United States will be overthrown via subordination to a North American Union put in place using lies and stealth. It is really sad.
Individual liberties being the highest law of the land helped a few people win court cases when the gov't trampled their rights.
Those days are gone though. Even the ACLU is a CFR member. Our domestic enemies will have achieved total victory by 2012.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

S. 1959 is now in committee in the Senate. After it is passed everyone who claims to believe deuteronomy 13 is the word of god is guilty of violent homegrown radicalization and may face charges.

Under the bill you can be declared a terrorist for what you believe, think or say..or if you associate or communicate with those who have homegrown radical beliefs.
They don't need "charges" to hold you in a naval brig, detention camp or secret prison. You no longer have a right to habeus corpus, no longer have the right to call your family or have an attorney, and you no longer have the right to a trial or to face your accuser or see the evidence against you.
