Crysis high vs very high HD 4850

A comparison between Crysis high details vs very high details on Sapphire HD 4850. The game is playable on very high on 1280*1024 with 2xaa even 4xaa. I have decided not to use aa in the video because fraps has a significant performance impact.About the temperature it idles hot at 78 degrees celsius but under load it reaches only 82 degrees celsius maximum.I mention that i have an amd 3800+ cpu that is bottlenecking the card. This is really an awesome card

Crysis is so poorly optimized. Even most of today's highest-end PC's still have trouble running the game at 1080p with maximum quality while trying to obtain a solid 60FPS. And there are always lag spikes at certain parts. It's just as poorly optimized as the Sims.

All settings on High - Very High with no AA.

Windows 7 Ultimate 32 Bit OS.

1440x900 Resolution.

What fps could you imagine on average with this system?

GTS 450 is bit faster, maybe 10/15%.

HD 4850 is pretty good card, too.

I ran a benchmark today.... For this game on my gtx 560 ti (fermi)...... Forgot to record it but with 16-Q antialiasing.... 32 fps. Lowest antialiasing is 50 to 85 fps 8D Check out my vids with my computer and feel free to make fun of my voice! Very high settings
