Anasheed (Arabic: singular نشيد Nasheed, plural أناشيد Anaasheed; also spelt Nasyid in Malaysia and Indonesia; ilahi in Turkish; Naat in Pakistan), is Islamic vocal music that is either sung a cappella or accompanied by percussion instruments such as the daff. @kopunch100 There is nothing wrong with celebrating Mawlid. It will continue to expand as Allah has raised the status of his beloved and final Prophet Muhammad Peace be upon him. There are many things which people do which are not part of Quran and Sunnah. This is loved by All. Nothing wrong with it and it will carry on increasing.
