@ohhbilly219 the point of the ad was to target all the secretly gay and bi men that watch football. Something like 5% of america is gay or bi. That means the ad was going to be seen by a LOT of men that had never been able to meet up with another guy or play around. Rather than being a waste of money it was a first dig into a vast unexplored market.

All discrimination aside, one of the reasons this commercial was banned might be the size of the target audience. Sure, there are gay people who watch football. But honestly, the vast majority of people watching the super bowl are going to be straight men. It would have been a waste of money for the website. But the main reason was probably just censors worried about complaints from conservative viewers. Stop trying to make it seem like all Americans are homophobes.
