The need for women into engineering is a pressing need specially there is a dearth of participation of women into engineering at a time ,inflrastrucutre need to be built I have studied with women engineers in 1967 and had the previledge of tutoring women students in the engineering faculty including the one who now a President of a well renown university in canada. Good luck with your well deserved programme,not necessarily building air planes but civil,environental engineering as well.
