dam that quite hard 5 days a week 45min to 1 hour weights and 30-45 mins cardio everyday.
Dam I only do 3x week 1h45 min weights and 15 mins x3 per week.
Body fat 10-9%. anything lower seems so freaking hard.
I also eat clean, no cereals and synthesize foods.
