The Democrats didn't give this explanation when Bush was president. They blamed 2 oil men in the White House and Halliburton.

Among other disorders, Mr. Biden suffers from logorrhea—excessive and often incoherent talkativeness or wordiness.

Biden lives inside his own head, pontificating endlessly with no ultimate point, like a stir-crazy convict in his cell. He meanders down a trail of thought and if he sees something new, detours onto a side path. And then down another side path from there.

Remember what Senator Obama--in his first term--scribbled to one of his aides during a typically long-winded, rambling and pointless Biden speech on the floor of the Senate: "KILL. ME. NOW."

So why did President Obama subject us to this?
