Homosexual activists understand the power of words.
Please visit my channel to watch a one-minute video clip in which popular atheist author Richard Dawkins admits that homosexual activists "hijacked the word 'gay'".
The word "homosexual" is more appropriate and accurate because it, unlike the word "gay", actually describes the behavior/attraction/relationship being discussed.
The word "gay" helps homosexual activists push their agenda.
@SusieArviso Homosexuality isn't just how we act. It's also how we feel. What we feel is love for members of the same sex as us. It is a love synonymous to the love that a straight man feels towards women, or vice versa. That kind of love results in marriage (hopefully), blissful happiness, and maybe even a family. Yes, a family is possible for gays too! This kind of love is wonderful and can lead to so many amazing things in life. How can acting on those feelings (continued)
@SusieArviso for being gay. And as for the limits on sex... again, the Bible was never referring to two men or two women involved in a committed, faithful, loving, monogamous relationship. The way you interpreted it is an unfortunate fallacy that does not reflect God's true ideals. I agree, our lives should be all about what He wants... but what if He wants us to be happy? It isn't good for a man or a woman to be alone. That's coming straight from the Bible.
@SusieArviso "Whatever it was within me that created the cocktail for homosexual desires 35 years ago was immediately quenched upon meeting Jesus." Wow. Congratulations. Too bad He didn't do the same with me; it would have saved me so much grief. But, here I am... lovin Jesus and still a flaming homo... go figure, huh? By the way, it isn't God that needs convincing. In fact, I had to be convinced by God that He loved me anyway and wanted me to be happy, cuz I used to hate myself
By the way ... going without sex is not the "end of the world". Geesh . When you are on your death bed, your sexual preferences won't matter to you. What will matter, is what you've done with Jesus. Whatever it was within me that created the cocktail for homosexual desires 35 years ago was immediately quenched upon meeting Jesus. I did not leave that meeting the same person. Got it, yet?
Tell GOD this, rad. Convince HIM. I said before ... when a person gives their life to Christ, they are saying yes to living for Christ and obeying His Word. It is no longer about "me me me" anymore. It's about Him and what HE wants. It's one thing to have homosexual desires. It's another to practice homosexual sex. There are no limits to how much we can love. Yet there are limits on sex.
@SusieArviso Or at least saw some correlation between the two. Let me be perfectly clear: Gay people come in all colors. There are gay people who abuse drugs and alcohol, and there are gay people who strongly disapprove of such things. I fall in the latter category. So the lady quit doing drugs... fantastic, I couldn't be happier for her for doing so! However, it had nothing to do with her sexual orientation.
@SusieArviso Also, I saw the video you sent me of the bisexual woman who seems to be confused about her orientation, though she doesn't know it. If she made such an easy "change," then she has been bisexual from the start. Maybe that's the case with you, too? If it is, then more power to ya. But for me, I will never be attracted to the opposite sex because I'm not bisexual. Also, the poor woman seems to have blamed her drug and alcohol problems on her homosexuality, (continued)
I feel like throwing up! Apparently 1Corithians 6 isn't clear enough...
