  • the amp is nice, but you are right, the demos form him, even though hes a good guy, still, he uses them set up muddy and dull sounding with the same gat everytime, or similar setup gat. A nice vintage strat or JYM gat please. Expand the demos mate. We are all asking!

  • @mKreifeldt it's switchable to 50 watts... and a 1987 is just a 1959 with 50 watts... see nothing wrong here

  • @mKreifeldt that is a humbucker guitar...

  • hahaha he stopped wearing the 1962 T-shirt :D

  • Yngwie has for decades now been endlessly vocal about his sworn loyalty to those early 70s metal panel 50 w non master volume marshall heads. Now a signature amp marketed on his name is a 100watt plexi type amp? And also get a demo with a humbucker guitar?

  • At 7:55, this guy turns down the Power Attenuation Level, but retains the tone of his sound. It's exactly this I'm not able to pull off anymore..

Any clues to what may have happened to my head?

  • The great thing with this amp is that you can play at very low volumes, retaining your tone, by adjusting the Power Attenuation Level. That worked the first few hours, before it died twice.

Now, it doesn't work anymore. I turn it down to minimum (.1%) and it's as loud as it would be set to like 30-40%.

I know it's broken, but what do you guys think about it? Do you think my reseller can fix it or do you think that it has to be shipped back to Marshall for repair?

  • Hey guys.

Two days ago I bought a Marshall YJM100 and it worked fine for a few hours. But then, it just died. Twice. It just shut off by it's own and then restarted by it's own.

I was playing pretty loud since I wanted to test it out, but as midnight approached I wanted to keep playing but in a low volume. So I turned the Power Attenuation Level down to like .1% but to my surprise, that didn't work. At all..

  • Why can't I get an amp like that with a clean channel !!!!!!!!!! Any recommendations

  • I was interested in hearing how well the noise gate worked, but during the demo the guy kept turning the guitar volume down everytime he stopped playing. I would like to have heard him let the strings ring until the noise gate kicked in to hear it's effectiveness.
