Our Very Bad experience at Burger King 1

Here's what happened when 2 hungry people tried to get some "fast" food at burger king, the guy talking to me on my right actually got the fires for free and without having to wait in line!!! when we complained about the service and lack of interest in providing the food within the 30 minutes we were waiting there we were received with utter indifference and were asked whether we still want our food or not, of course we asked to cancel our order but had to wait another 10 minutes to get our money back.
Please look at the huge line waiting for their orders!!
Please notice how mnany times the girl in front asked for some "whopper meat".
Please note how they're moving as if in slow motion! they're even talking in slow motion.
