Intense gameplay of Williams No Fear. I have owned numerous pinballs and the argument usually comes down to whether or not No Fear or Johnny Mnemonic is the fastest playing game. Although JM has ramps that quickly return the ball to the flippers, I would say the overall ball speed is faster in NF as it has straight flowing shots. Interesting game with no jet bumpers, NF is a great game to work your playing skills up on. There is little pause in the gameplay. Another great Steve Ritchie pinball.

  • Have an F14 too. The ball times can be short for sure but you have the option of working and slowing the ball down in the upper flippers. Definitely the Yagov kickback is fast.

  • Yep. I believe it randomly says it after making the super jackpot jump shot.

  • Does shaking the pinball machine actually help you avoid losing it down the side? LOL For some reason, it's always annoyed me when people do that.

  • @cstring420 Nudging? Yeah if you do it right it helps. Pinball originally was just pins, holes and no flippers. The only control you had was nudging. The game is designed to be nudged and done correctly keeps the ball where you want it going. Modern games have tilt mechanisms and even a tilt counter to make sure you have leeway to nudge without over doing it.

  • The fastest pinball for me is another Steve Ritchie classic, "Firepower". The 6 bank standup targets in the middle playfield can lead to fast back and forth with the flippers if you nail them right.

  • Well, there is another contender for fastest playing game that I think deserves honorable mention, F-14 TOMCAT!!!!!!

  • Excellent video, my adrenaline is pumping, I'm jonesing for another fix of No Fear!

I loved playing that machine. Did you ever have the Skull say to you, "Say, you're pretty good." during multi-ball play?

  • No, Johnny Mnemonic is faster.

  • holy fuck that is an impressive run!!! I have always tried to get to Meet Your Maker. The four ball multiball I hear its really freaking intense. I can never get their though.

  • I love the hell out of the flashlamp-induced blackout after the game is over. It's so badass!
