Spokane, WA UFO

I noticed this tonight and I watched it for a minute and decided to film it. It stayed in this position for over 1 hour and simply disappeared. It didn't fly away, drop or move slowly away, the lights simply vanished away and it was SSW of Spokane.

Now there is no way this was a helicopter or a plane or a weather balloon. It must have been about 20,000-30,000 feet high and it wasn't a transmission tower either. The average helicopter can only go about 10,000 feet and the military doesn't have a helicopter that I know of that can go that high.

There was/is a special helicopter that was built to get on top of Mount Everest at 40,000 feet but there is only 1 helicopter.

I dont know if my video link response posted, I am new to all of this but I have the same footage recorded! Spotted 3 times now. Thanks for sharing, have you had any other sightings since this? The dates I spotted these were 12-3-2010, 12-30-2010, and 12-21-2010. The reason I first saw it was someone called me over to their house to look at a ufo in the sky. Crazy stuff...why is their no answers??? No media coverage, nothing.

@scaricchio I still the same lights almost in the some locations almost every night. I swear its the darndest thing. There is no way its a plane, helio or stealth. Helo's can't go that high and planes, even if they circled couldn't turn that tight that we couldn't tell.

I seen the exact same thing last night 2/1/12 at 1230 am hovering over southhill as viewed from west valley area very bright and changing colers rapidly red yellow blue and green watched for about 20 mins
