@DeviiFuckingVideos It's her alter ego, she created the character and had a really cool concept to make an album with the working title "Original Doll", but then Jive cancelled the release after she sent an unfinished version of the new song also called "Mona Lisa" to the radio in December 2004.

@TheTheDixons That's not completely true, Do Somethin' was recorded specifically for a scheduled greatest hits release (Greatest Hits: My Prerogative) and Mona Lisa was set to be released as the lead single from the Original Doll project in 2005, but after Britney sent an unfinished version of the song to the radio in late 2004, Jive cancelled the project and didn't let her use any of the songs recorded for that project.
