@PimpinRB Very correct pimpinRB! It was a tough call, because even though I coulda gotten it for SO cheap, it didnt mean ANYTHING!! Too many wholesalers think just bc its cheap it will sell, NOT THE CASE!!! I had a number of cash buyers pass on this deal. I just liked the fact that i got people talking about it.
