Tom Yum Kung is the spicy soup with shrimp. The word "Kung" means "shrimp". Actually, you can change to other kind of meat you like. Firstly, you put the galangal, lemon glass, kaffir lime leaf, tomato, onion, and chili into the boiled water. After you wait for 1-2 minutes, it's time to put shrimps on it. Remember! The shrimp is easy to cook, so do not boil too long time until it becomes to dwindle. Then you flavor with the seasonings by your favorite taste. For the pottage, you can add the chili paste and fresh milk.
Now, It's easy to think about what's going to be on your lunch or dinner. And Tom Yum Kung always is on the menu in every restaurant in Thailand. Just order it.
