O this big bells is not hour bell, this is than the bells not circle ringing.

Not exactly, there are 6 fixed bells used to play together with the full circle ring bells. That bells "lead" the different performings in the tower, always starting and stoppping the performing.
There is another big bell located in the top of the tower that is only used as hour bell

How often are the 6 dead bells chimed alone, like at the beginning of the video?
It's so interesting how the smaller ones are rung in full circles! Creates such a dramatic and exciting sound!
