The Pro-Enterprise Panel (PEP) was established to work on suggestions to make the regulatory environment in Singapore more business friendly and encourage entrepreneurship. Chaired by the Head of Civil Service, Mr Peter Ong, the PEP comprises local entrepreneurs who want to improve the enterprise environment in Singapore.

Since 2000, the PEP has reviewed nearly 1,800 suggestions from the business community and accepted more than half for implementation.
