I called Rogers to tell them to come get their broken phone and the customer service agents spent hours on the phone giving me the run around and insulting me while I sat in my truck on the side of the highway. After 45mins I made it to a motel where hours of insult and personal threats ensued.

  • In addition, UPS doesn't call customers to see when they would be available for delivery. His example of comparing a car to a cell phone is ridiculous. I'd like to see him sue Rogers. The best part is all the colloquialisms that are disjointed and make no sense. Send the phone back, or drop it off. Obviously his time isn't that important if he can waste time calling people just to record it and then post it on YouTube. PS Grow up. Not all businesses can be compared directly and yes I own my own.

  • This guy really is too much. You can't put a cell phone tower just anywhere without permission from the town it is in. I've never had perfect reception from Rogers, Telus, Telus Mike, Bell, Fido. They all have holes in their network. People and towns/cities all have the NIMBY issue. If you went to any store and bought any electronic device that didn't work, you'd have to bring it back. If you ordered something through the mail that didn't work, you'd have to send it back.

  • I received a Fido (same company) package last month. There is a UPS return slip in the box, with the Fido address and the UPS number and a sheet saying to return the phone or else it will be charged.

  • It would be more simple if he just called UPS by himself instead of wasting 25 minutes on the phone. He then calls Rogers and tells them he returned the phone and gives them the tracking number. Pretty simple.

  • Did you even listen to the first 2 videos or the other 2? Obviously not.

    You're probably that Rogers agent who he was talking to, seeing as you did say you would look him up! I noticed your account had very little activity or any information for how long you've been a member. Anyway, everyone knows Rogers has people coming on youtube to do damage control. I don't think you calling him an idiot phases him at all.

  • This Rogers customer was an absolute idiot! If he just gave the Rogers agent a chance to speak, maybe the call would have gone somewhere! He kept saying he was being disrespected but yet he is the one that made a complete ass out of himself!!! Idiot!
