Fix Stuck Pixel on LCD monitor

I found my newly bought LCD monitor got stuck pixels. So I surf the Internet and try to fix it myself. Success at the end.
Just take you 3 minutes.

what if i have on vertical line on the monitor,what can i do ?

i have a red sub pixel  i use this method and y remove the red dot..but ..

reappear..what i most do? and if y put pressure the red subpix disappear .

this method remove permanent the red dot? or just for a little bit of time?

i have a benq led monitor
