I remember seeing this movie when it came out. When it was over, people left the theater and rushed to the nearest Chinese restaurant.

The chili pepper slicing, good lord, amazing!
As I mentioned in another video's comments, I had never seen the technique of cooking the thin sheets of dough on a flat iron.
Really great example of cooking mastery. Cooking an entire meal, not just dishes.

Donkeyspit - looks like a variation on twice cooked pork. He shallow fried the pork belly in the wok before slicing and arranging in the bowl. He then steamed it to cook the veggies and warm the pork. An awesome presentation.
