Yeah....That's not bad.

@mr45acpp Thank you very much. I'm thinking about a draw-through setup on a Chevy inline six, using a M90. Didn't even think about back firing as a problem.

I have seen blow through setups but your actually running the fuel through the compressor along with the air, hows that working out? You know if you get just one hickup/backfire while under boost your gonna blow something up. Do you have a blowout somewhere in the induction path?

@meattube4u33 You may be able to see the blowout valve on the back of the pipe over the rocker cover, just look for the blue springs. It has backfired several times during ignition setups without issue, but I have ran the car for 4000 miles without a hitch from the blower setup... and got about upwards of 350 F/W HP at 14 psi of boost. General street driving was done at about 8 - 9 psi and about 260 HP.
Thanks for the comment

@mr45acpp Can you point me in the right direction for finding one of these blow out valves?

@philyt Mine is custom made as part of the manifold, but you maybe able to buy a relief valve from a shop that sells or repairs compressors. Mine is a 40mm hole in a 10mm thick plate with a 3mm cover and 2 x 15 kg springs, sealed by a Viton "O" ring (heat resistant). If you have a fuel injected setup, a BOV will probly work. Hope this helps. Cheers
