  • Can't hear you for most of the video.

  • @mrbear1302 argh sorry I know! Normally I can talk that quietly and it picks it up, unfortunately this is a new cam. Didn't notice until I'd uploaded... Hopefully though most of it doesn't really need me blabbering over it!

  • your a damn monkey dude. lol good vid!

  • cirque du soleil?!

  • @Iamorton im 85kg and door frame is in perfect shape :)

  • @Iamorton

No. I have a pretty flimsy door frame and it holds my 86kg with ease.

  • @checkfoldcallraise sounds like it's working out for you. i just got one and was able to do several exercises as I've been practicing pull ups at the gym. i'm going to try to use this bar when i don't have enough time to hit the gym or after hard cardio sessions. thx for your input

  • @pabitoz i found out it is really hard to do more than two pull-ups lol. i am trying to keep a routine though. its easy to lose interest in the workouts since it is a slow process. but within two weeks i noticed my arms are a little harder and slightly bigger. i rotate between pull-ups, push-ups, and dips. also do squats to even out the body. push hard until you cant anymore. as weeks go by you notice you can do a little more and you increase the intensity. eat protein!

  • @checkfoldcallraise so what did you decide or find out? i have a very similar goal.

  • thanks for this, i'm gonna try learning handstands with it now

  • only 11 punds,i have it,really great thing

  • @Iamorton no it will not, the pull up bar itself can sustain wieghts up to 250lb, not sure how many kg ... but i reckon its less than 80. however, chose the place you hang it from correctly, make sure the WALL can sustain your wait, and expecially when youre hanging, because it adds more downward force on the pullup bar
