@AngelVencedor2008 lemon juice is only juice from a lemon so you could extract the real lemons quite easily via squeezing a halved one in your hand to use the juice.

@zwinkycheatqueenx3 Drinking 3 daily small portion of Apple Cider Vinegar with water and honey will eliminates impurites/oxydients from the inside out. As u use it you'll note great improvemtents in you hiar and other ailments improved as well.. For that I suggest Briggs Apple Cider. The important ingredient is the unfiltering process (known as the Mother). All other apple cider may only have food coloring in regular vinegar.

@SuperHelloKitty85 ....shampoos containing tar and zinc, will work besides selenium sulfide (in Selsum Blue)

Can you use actual lemons??? would it be too strong?? Thats all we have at my house.

@AngelVencedor2008 please do use lemons, but only on the actual spots. You could also rub the lemon juice over the entire face. Let set for 1-2 mins (no more) and then rinse. Then just spot treat with the lemon. Thanks for asking!
