Harrington is simply a brilliant guitarist and a nice guy too. Steely Dan is an absolute "must see" if you've never seen them before. They certainly have a plethora of material and probably one of the best sounding bands live except for maybe Rush.

For all you guys who like to hear it just like on the record and just for the record Stanley Owsley was the sound engineer for the Grateful Dead who never ever sounded like the record. If you want to hear the record version buy the record. If you want to hear Jazz in the moment listen to stuff like this. I myself like bands that explore new horizons live and not just play it like they did on the record.

After not putting out any new music for 14 years and then coming back and winning a Grammy..come on. These guys are awesome, but I guess it's over some peoples heads ( I heard it referred to as "thinking mans" music)
