@fab006 No it is a universal process light waves will collapse into new photon-oscillations when they come into contact with the electrons of the atoms of any object. It is just that we are part of this process within our own reference frame and therefore we have the observer effect.

So... If it's just the light hitting our eyes, wouldn't there be other ways of observing that don't involve light? Or do other senses not work on that small scale?

I am an artist and therefore outside of the scientific community so any help promoting this theory will be gratefully welcomed. Please share with your friends and add to your favorites. @spunkeee But there is only a probability that the theory is wrong and the reason we have probability and potential (future) uncertainty is explained within the theory.
