Data acquisition: X-ray energy - 40keV, resolution - 12 microns, CT projections - 600 (0.3 deg step), beamsize - 1 x 7 mm (had to do 12 scans and then to stitch them together), detector - PhotonicScience.
Software used in the processing: CT reconstruction: CTAS (http://ctas.sourceforge.net), image pre- and post-processing: ImageMagick (http://www.imagemagick.org), 3D rendering: VGStudio Max (http://volumegraphics.com/products/vgstudiomax/),
