That's awesome! I think the biggest problem dogs have these days is inactivity. It's that lack of exercise that drives them nuts and makes them a problem. I've been attacked by dogs several times, as I ride one of my bikes and it's irritating. These days I carry both a heavy can of bear spray and a concealed Rugar LCP 380 with a laser sight. I had to blast a couple pit bulls with the bear spray last year. If the owner used one of these scooters regularly, I doubt they would have attacked me.

What happens to the dogs if you fall or tip the scooter? (I'm not being combative just trying to cover all bases of safety)

I have never had any tipping problems with it. The scooter is very stable and not very wobbly. If the scooter did tip, the bars on either side of the dog would keep it from falling all the way and hurting the dog. And if I fell off, the scooter would probably tip to one side and lean on the bar, not the dog, until I picked the scooter back up.

How do you stop it? Does it have breaks? I can't really see in the video since I'm watching it on my cell phone

It has two handle bar brakes controlling the front and the back tires.
