How does one find the answers for why the trig table's answers are what they are? For example, how does one calculate why Cos 0 deg is equal to 1?

@Claybear17 the values come from the triangles in the examples

Hi there, I took algebra 1&2 + geometry in H.S. but that was a while ago. I'm interested in mathmatics, & recently retaught myself algebra with Hamilton EDU guides, but my goal is to learn Calculus. I started Hamilton's calc book, but once I got into intigration I was overwhelmed with sine/cosine ect. I was wondering can u point me in the direction of a well written guide & thick workbook covering all of trig for the hamilton guides don't offer it? Thanks. Good video btw. Math is the future!

@AreWeStillFree1 I am not familiar with trig textbooks. will ask a local HS teacher or you. for calculus, I strongly recommend author Howard Anton. let's correspond via personal messages after this.
