  • Flute players rock, this vid shows how good flute players can be! I hope to become as great as them 1 day!!

  • It is a British ensemble and the large instrument is an ordinary bass flute. :)

  • We're playing this in our flute choir at the moment. The girl in the blue top is playing my part (flute 4)

  • Here's the quick rundown on the standard flute choir. Piccolos are the itty bitty ones, sounds an octave above the normal flute, lowest pitch is the C above middle C. Then we have the normal flute that we're all used to seeing, lowest pitch is middle C (without a foot extension). Alto Flute sounds what's called a "perfect fourth" below what it reads, it's lowest pitch being the G below middle C.

Bass Flute - sounds an octave below the normal flute, it's lowest pitch being the C below middle C.

  • I love this song ! I do it too, with my flute ensemble.

  • the girl in blue in the beginning sounded weird( tongueing was too choppy and her vibrato is subdivided to fast and sounds shaky) others were good though....loved the piccolos!

  • I love this song

  • thanks, i just miss-thought it was a russian instrument.

it looks and sounds so interesting. i'd never seen it before.

  • this is just gorgeous!!! i want to play this! :D just beautiful, beautiful music

  • un saludo desde mexico¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡

  • wow, i love this pretty ensemble! how do call the double-flute like instrument she plays?? it's very interesting! seems like special to russian..

are these players Russian or British?? excuse me for many questions at once.;)
