It's actually very simple-if you want to impact the crime crippling Oakland, and the people in the city are either too scared or to indifferent to help, you have to think outside the box. Thus, the gang injunctions. If I'm repeating myself it's because simple English seems to be bouncing off of your thick skull.

Let me say another thing-Paris Powell, a good, decent man, was killed in the streets of Oakland. For no god damn reason. I couldn't give a fuck what is compelling you to defend Oakland police from doing what they can from stopping shit like that from happening. Gangs are shit. People who support them are shit. And no made up racial bullshit is going to sway me from speaking against people who do nothing but make excuses for other people's shitty lifestyles.

Which sucks, of course, but wtf else are the cops going to do? Everyone is scared shitless at the thought of reprisals, these bastards are clever enough to find loopholes and avoid being locked up permanently, so of course the cops are going to go with what little they can because they're left no choice. The people helped make this situation and now it's spiraled out of control and leaving the police with little choice but to try this injunction.
