Speed Painting YouTube Request Adobe Photoshop

AnnaTheDream sent me this picture months ago and I wasn't sure that I would be able to make time, but I just finished coding a big project and needed something quick and random to unwind with.

This image was created in about 2 hours using Adobe Photoshop CS4 and a wacom bamboo fun tablet. I use a Mac, but the software is available on PC as well.

would u be so kind to explain using brush to do lashes? how t you controle angle for the lash? thanks, keep on great work!

@airsolaja ahh, good question - make a new layer for each set of lashes (or both on one and use the lasso tool to select them) so that you can adjust them individually. Then you just have to transform the layer or your selection to get the angle you want. You can even use the perspective transform to really fit the shape to your eye.
