@mv77vm if definition is all you want , use momenttum . im 15 yrs old but my grandmother was a body builer in her 30's
shes 49 now .
she always tells me never too lift wth momentum because ill only get defition . always take it slow if your wanting to kick some ass

I would like to reach a point where I don't have to flex my arms so I can see a tricep definition. I'm defenitely trying this :)
