it's dependent from the render engine if there's a black line or if there isn't. in vray you don't need to do anything. if you're using mentalray or whenever you get problems with your alpha in anti-aliased areas you need to add the file to your comp, right click and go to "interpret footage". there you need to set the alpha to "integrated" with black.
the black border disappears - magic ;)
(btw you need to set the color to your BG color you used in 3ds max)

@RenegadeMaster07 i used blender :), and i used sketchup, and 3d studio max... diden't work on my pc :(
wheres the reflection at the back of the pc at 0:05 :O?

Is the Ambient Occlusion pass a pass rendered out of maya or is it just colo correction in After Effects?
