@klafka O ok!!! so you're trying to incorporate a kind of cat eye into a 3 petal antispin!!! HARD!!!!!! SICK!!!!! lol! I hope you crack this because i'd LOVE to see this! more videos of this soon please!!!! xXx

...then whats ur definition of a trifoil?
with a staff it would be 1/2 iso 1/2 anti.
have you tried line isolations.. try doing this with only 2 points, like a cat eye.

Dude, good concept, u gave me new ideas, thanks for sharing. Nice shirt :D greetings from Venezuela bro.

You need to go over this with Arashi at FD. He is all about hitting points and point iso in 3D!

Whats hard is snapping the poi to the points where its supposed to hit while isolating your hand movements at the same time. I can only do half of it clean.
do this with the other arm doing big circles so you have the 3 petal flower inside. start from split time butterfly, then you can even switch direction, now that's hard!! god I LOVE TRIQUETRAS!!!! but 3 petal flowers are a piece of pie...your hand should be going in a smooth solid circle...not in a od jerky boxy shape...you only need to do a very slight flick of the wrist when the poi are hit the 2 bottom points. and it should float over the top petal with your hand smoothly travelling under it.

I know what a triquetra is, this is not supposed to be one. like I said I'm trying to essentially compress the "loops" of a triangle anti-spin into points like a staff anti-spin motion. The hard part about this is it requires partial point isolations. I've made some progress with this though recently.

isnt this a trifoil?

no, it's more like a staff antispin, each point is an actual partial point isolation

it's true that's why i posted to get feedback, it's really hard for me to tell how well I'm isolating it.
