  • Sorry, this is the wrong way of explaining it, your video shows movement at the knee. Movement starts at the hips, only at the hips, everything else follows. Easy.

  • Does anyone know if this guy has ticklish barefeet?

  • @waterski179 and you are bending your mouth too much

  • @rbbadrina1 show yours instead of criticizing

  • @Garcia8195 i agree with you

  • @DEChad why don't you show yours

  • @orixas1241 that's the problem when somebody is trying to help people.

nobody encourage people like that , they just criticize it

  • @Garcia8195 I'm here because I'm trying to find a video to supplement my teaching for my students....but this one is not good technique. My students ask me if they should be looking at youtube videos to try to improve as swimmers, and this is a good example of why I answer "no".

  • I want you to father my children, those shorts would look great on the floor of my bedroom...mmhmmm

  • kick from your hip not your knees!! Keep practicing this way and you will have a time to undo the bad habit

  • It' funny how he's getting criticized for this by other trainers. He's not even in the pool, he's trying to give people a good idea being out of the pool so we can actually see what he's doing. The other trainers need to shut up and train their people, because they're drowning.

  • @Garcia8195 flawed logic. I would be a fairly terrible trainer if I didn't take the time to look into new training techniques and learn about growing trends.

Please review the remainder of the comments and see that it is not just myself with this belief, but many others as well. I didn't just come to this video and "diss" so to speak; I offered constructive advice based off my assessment of this ineffective kick.
