other than the nandu, though, it's a pretty solid form! i mean, you lose steam a lot in your 4th section, but at least it still looks like nanquan. that's more than i can say for many. good job, buddy! don't beat yourself up. there are still those of us who can see wushu past nandu errors.

Thanks.. I think Bee's teachings from Guangdong helped a lot for my nanquan (although I def worked on the nanquan basics less as competition got closer, and it shows).. But this was still a pretty big choke.. Ah well, next time

Very amazing improvement on your technique, very nice flavor, you died on the 4th section, but who doesn't :D. anyways, I've seen your other videos too and you are very good, you are always improving, there is no doubt you will make it next time.
