Justine Henin vs Serena Williams QF 2007 11/11

Serena is the one who wins with Justine absent. She only won 2 slams during Justine's dominance from 2004-2007 and both were with Justine missing the event. She should send Justine a thank you note for retiring and allowing her to regain her spotlight as the top player again by virtual default.

Except Serena's won her 11 slam titles over a span of ten years, while Henin won her 7 in just four. Calculate that ratio and then tell me who the better player is.

3:57 WOW
Serena got that back hand shoved down her fucking throat!

She says that every time she loses, don't think Serena ever lost fairly... riiight.

oh yeah. she is always injured. :/
The only tournaments where she was really injured were moscow and miami. other tournaments she was just outplayed. serena is lazy to play good tennis outside the grandslams. so don't need to say stupid things about injuries. you should be happy with 11 grand slams,.. and seems like 12-th is coming...

Yeah, the WTA really misses the players like her. She was the best of her time.

The Williams sisters played all 4 slams in 2007 and each won 1. What the heck are you talking about. They were as injury free as they ever are, and Justine simply outperformed both. Serena only lost to one player in the 2007 slams, Justine, and it was 3 times on 3 different surfaces. If anyone has anything to tarnish their wins it is the lucky Williams winning now with Henin retired early and beating up on jokes like the headcase Russians and mediocre Serbs. What a joke.

Not quite.
If your sister gets murdered, and parents divorce, see how well you play the game for the next few years.
Justine is amazing though, no doubt about that. But she's only won 3 GS's besides the 4FO's that the Williams' don't do well in anyway (though that's no excuse of course).

I hope you're being ironic.
Hennin to me is just like JJ, they have to play so many tournaments trying to stay ahead of the game, and the Williams sisters. Hennin won most her slams and tittles during the Williams sisters absents. If every body had played the same numbers of tournaments and everybody was healthy,I kinda wonder how much a lead hennin would of had. Don't get me wrong; I like Hennin too, but I don't think her career would of been if these factors was brought about.

I disagree. She beat both sisters to win the US Open, in a year both won a Major, she beat Serena 4 times in Slams, thrice enroute to winning the Slam. It is not Justine's fault the sisters weren't around more often to challenge her. By the same argument, Serena won most of her Slams when Justine was either not yet a top contender or wasn't playing. Her last 3 Slam wins were without Justine in the draw. (she lost to Justine thrice in Slams last year) Both players deserve their victories fully.
