  • Wow, I'm surprised I understood it completely. I'm a beginner in crochet and usually, when learning from video tutorials, I find myself lost of deeply confused, but your tutorial is very clear and easy. I'm trying this one out, thanks! :D

  • @gurlicutie You are welcome.

  • I just did all the rows, had to do more that specified because it was too small. I think it's because I tend to work a little to tightly! What exactly do we thread through at the end? The tail at the beginning for me is was too short...so do I cut the loop??

  • @Smile12287 I would suggest that you try to sew in the short tail. If you cut it off, you risk the project unraveling and coming apart.

  • Hi Teresa, I've been watching your videos are you are a GREAT teacher for a beginner like myself. I would love the pattern for this headband so I can try. Where can I get it from?

  • @crystalbp1 This is the pattern. If you mean the written instructions, there is a link in the video details that will take you to my crochet blog

  • Can you use this stich to make a scarf?

  • I had the written instructions of this bookmarked, then went to it yesterday and it was just your main blog. Searched your entire blog and I can't seem to find the written instructions any more. Any idea what happened?

  • no doubt you are a excellent teacher...........I have learnt a lot from you

  • @darkcoffeeclouds Fleece sounds nice. Sounds like it has been extra cold up in Alaska this year.

  • Oh I also wanted to thank you for something else. I noticed in the video how you wrapped the yarn around the hook in the opposite direction as I do. I didn't think it made any difference but now I'm making something else that has dtr stitches and I was having a hard time getting those extra wraps to move over. I was having to grab them with my fingers and move them over. Then it occurred to me that if I wrapped them the opposite direction like you do it would be easier and it is!

  • Thank you so much for your videos. I just finished this yesterday. Since I live in Alaska I think I'll line it with matching fleece.
