  • @mshotgirl4u1 i been seeing allot of people doing this diet. don't get me wrong i think anything that can help you lose weight is great!. i only see that you can have meat for one day, i think it was day 6, i can not do something like that. anything that promises 10-17lbs in a week is called a fad diet. i eat protein to support my workout, if i would try something that allows me to eat meat for just one day a week i would lose my muscle mass, but i wish you luck! let me know how it goes!

  • hey girl, my last 2 weeks has been rough too.we will start over this week and strive harder. why don't you try the sacred heart diet. and shed 10-17lbs in a week . pm me and i will send you the link. i am going to try it tomorrow, and try to stick to it for one week. come join me we can do it!!! :-)
