Dan Henderson talks about his return to the UFC and the future of Strikeforce in this exclusive interview with Clinch Gear Radio's Jeff Dotseth. Dan will face Shogun Rua in the main event of UFC 139 November 19th in San Jose, CA.

@Maloperverso its really hard for him to cut weight because hes so old and he has back problems i think hes had surgeory like twice thats why he will only atempt to cut for silva

I hv come to like Dan,moreso since he beat my hero in FE! He obvioussly has loads of experience and is right up there at top level (as he said the belt holder at LHW in SF - a massive accomplishment), With Dans experience though I can see here there are things he does'nt like about the UFC primarily the fact thy get paid f$ck all considering how much the fighters earn the UFC (fans dont pay to see Diana! it has gone frm $50m in red to $2Bn+ rated co it time to pay what thy deserv about3X asmuch

@TheTriangularSquare Shogun knocked Rampage out pretty bad 2, but yeah the first fight with Wanderlei wasn;t as bad as the 2nd one. Yeah Henderson has got an Easter Island statue for a head! A true dome of stone! It will take a lot of hard training and maybe some luck for these 2 to destroy Jones. I think they can both beat Jones but I am not sure if destroying him would be in their future right away. Though if Either one could land a big shot on Jones he would crumble! 4 sure.

@Maloperverso He got wrecked by Shields and he looked like an old dude! At his age it is much harder for him to make a weight cut to 185, also he claims they're no interesting fights at 185, except a certain MD champ we all know, he talked about a possible fight with him.

rampage got once knocked the fuck out against wanderlei silva when he fall into the ropes, the other where TKO's. cant say anything bad about both fighter cuz hendo and rampage are legends and two very exciting fighters. the reason hendo rarly gets finished is because that guy has such a big heart, griffins zuffa hype heart is NOTHING compared to hendos. as a fan of both hendo and shogun i say that both deserve a win i want hendo and shogun to destroy jones

shogun is my favourite fighter... but henderson is a true fighter. at the age of 41 he scores 3 KO's over some of the best fighters in strikeforce. he shocked me A LOT when he beat fedor. he is one of those who arent afraid to fight at any weight even if the opponent has 30+ pounds more. and his chin is unbelievable. much respect for henderson

@TheTriangularSquare Oh come on, Rampage has a good chin until you bring in his criptinite that is the Muay Thai clinch! Rampage got KTFO twice by Wanderlie and also got knocked the hell out by Shogun! Hendo has fought many dangerous strikers and was never knocked out. Between the two of those I would say Hendo has the granite Chin! Though Shogun might find a way to crack his chin!!!!!!!!!!!!!

@pakishock91 it's a new UFC thing. The main event on each card will be a 5 round fight regardless if it will be a title fight or not. I think Dana White said it was to give more back to the fans.

lol shogun has a questionable chin ? LOOOOL you maybe twisted him with alistair overeem who has WORLD CLASS MUAY THAI BUT gets more often finshes then chael gets submitted lolz

lolz at rua has no cardio, that guy has THE BEST CARIDO AT 205 while hendo gasses pretty quick and shogun (when he is in total shape not a excuse) NEVER GASSES.last time i saw shogun gassing when he was in shape was against alistair overeem when he got caught in the guillotine and managed to escape.

lolz why wrong ? is said the samething and you repeated it lolz. mark coleman vs shogun was considered to be the 2nd biggest fluke in MMA and why lol the reanto sobral ? that guy was a beast and it was shogun 5th mma fight and renatos 25 fight or something that was shoguns real credible loss and for griffin okey lol at griffin that guy sucks but i dont wanna make excuses but shogun wasnot healthy in that fight. and i dont see hendo knocking out shogun by one punch,maybe shogun will

@TheTriangularSquare WRONG!!! Shogun has been subbed twice and KO'd/TKO'd twice. Jhonny Bones stopped him and Mark Coleman stopped him. Hendo got subbed by Big Nog, LIL Nog, and Tha Spider. Shogun got subbed by renato sobral (lol) and forest griffen (lol). But thats beside the point. Its so freakin out there to say that hendo shudnt stand with shogun, thats what this whole post is about anyway not who got subbed the most.

for sure hendo has a hard jaw but not a chin of granite like rampage etc. hes been rocked SO many times in his carrer and the last time i checked shogun was rocked ONCE or twice in his in his entrie career (jon jones flying knee and lil nog once but i cant say that was ''rocking'' him shogun just got of balance. but lets see if there is a guy who is going to finish the fight then its going to be shogun, by TKO or submission
