phenomenon of serial and mass murder through accounts of the crimes of Albert De Salvo,
Richard Speck, Charles Whitman, and Charles Manson, utilising archival material and expert
commentary by criminologist and sociologist, Dr. Leonard Savitz. According to the IMdb,
this is the sole credit for director Matt Gibson.

Sourced from a Front Row Video, Inc. VHS tape released in 1987 purchased 20 years ago for
$2 from a Kresge's store, this is presented as both a historical record and educational document.

There was a movie made about Whitman called "The Deadly Tower", starring Kurt Russell. Very good movie.
