I met Chas once, he seemed like a good guy to me. Sure, he got intense out on the court and quite often acted up like that. I wouldn't say he DIDN'T provoke him, but I don't see any evidence he did either. Either way, my experiences with Clemson fans is that their as gentleman-like as can be until the clock starts, then they turn into a beast. Heck, my Gamecocks are the same way a lot of the time. And I live in Winston-Salem, Wake's got a lot of nuts too. "There's a rotten egg in every batch."

He had his arms wrapped around him because the "Gulliver" just tried to break him in half when he ran into him.
The "jolly green giant" was the one who got up, lifting the Clemson fan up and then flopped on his back.
Again, the real question is...why the flop? Was he trying to be nice? Or was it more sinister? i.e trying to get a technical foul or the fan thrown out?
That WF player is known to play dirty, so I wouldn't put it past him.
Anyhow, it clearly wasn't the fan's fault.
