Mario Lanza sings Ray Sinatra's "A Kiss". This song made me think of that beautiful scene from "Cinema Paradiso" (one of my favourite films) when Toto watches all the censored kissing clips that projectionist, Alfredo, had kept & edited together... I couldn't resist re-editing this scene with some new kisses...

I came to youtube to find out who Sinatra was, the composer of this song, introduced to me when the LP first came out. I was in high school then, and this song and how he sang it went through me. And what do I find: an imagination to beat the band. I don't know how to get this clip to the Sundance Film Festival, but that's where it belongs. I can hear the applause now. Beautiful job, DiPlacido. You mention "Cinema Paradiso." I hear you. How about "City Lights"?

Fantastic Job You Did. Kisses done by Mario & his on-screen dears. Although I'm a man, But Mario's golden voice and his unforgetable face with sensationally affectionate smiles will always be that irreplaceable One kiss for me .
