Build an inexpensive agility ladder

For less than 10 dollars and about 1 hour of your time you can build an agility ladder. Normally you'd pay fifty dollars or more for something like this.

Note, this is NOT a ladder for climbing, it is for sports training.

Ladder has help up well, just used it yesterday. One thing about this style is you really need to put rubber band or something around it or you spend 5 minutes detangling it after pulling it out of your equipment bag.

the easy way is that just hot a small screwdriver on fire and easily make holes
