C'mon over to [http://marieforleo.com/2012/05/busine... where the main discussion happens after the episode!

Business ethics are so so important for women entrepreneurs to understand because when someone does you wrong, it's SO obvious that they're not playing by the rules.
Most of the time other women entrepreneurs who are leeching off others either A) don't know they are doing it and need to learn a lesson or B) know what they're doing, they have no business values, and they continue to do it anyway.

First things first, when dealing with women entrepreneurs that have a lack of business ethics, you need to realize that you are not the victim. If you want her to stop, you must first take responsibility.

In this video I suggest that by having an open, compassionate talk with whoever is doing you wrong (I called it a "Come to Jesus" talk) you can rise above whatever ethical issues in business you're experiencing and also help another woman entrepreneur learn a lesson about how business values and respecting each other can lead to business success.

By approaching this sticky situation as a "sister" or "friend" rather than by trying to reprimand the person that is doing you wrong, you'll be able to communicate your truth so you can be set free of this situation. Also, when you have integrity in business and approach things in a classy way, it'll be the greatest lesson in business ethics you could ever give and will set a genuine example of how to be honest, compassionate, and classy in a sticky situation.

Don't entirely agree. I used to work with a sales leech, who had psychological problems. She seriously didn't care who she stole sales from.

I just focused on finding a niche area which she wouldn't touch, and retaining my dignity.

She is now a mental wreck, and I learnt how to deal with people like her.

Oh, that's a great way to lead through that conversation! Make it about the leech and not about you. Have to remember that.
