  • @perezstudios Try specifying your vlans for your virtual network adaptors and make your switchport connected to your server a trunk port? Don't have that much experience using vlans with hyper-v.

  • Does anyone know how I would get my Hyper-V Virtual Switch to connect to the one port but be able to use multiple VLAN's?

I have a bunch of servers that are hosted by my Hyper-V that were originally on different subnets than my current Hyper-V Server. I need to allow multiple networks through that one port which is a WS-C2960 Switch.

I have the following so far but it doesnt work:

    interface GigEth0/3

    sw/pt access vlan 100

    sw/pt trunk native vlan 999

    sw/pt mode trunk

    Thanks!

  • your videos help train Airmen

  • IMHO, a little more time establishing the baseline beforehand would have been helpful (e.g., `show vtp status` and `show user sessions`) but, otherwise, an excellent video!

    Thanks for sharing.

  • I appreciate the effort that was put into making this video.
