@DetroitDoc That's right, I like a big, fat, dirty sound, ala '80s Prince. I have other snares if I want a more crisp sound, but I always gravitate back towards my big bootie gal :)

Hii I was just wondering if u have any mics or anything on ur kick. It sounds very good with fast attack and solid "thuds". Also, wat heads r u using? wat kind of muffling r u using

It doesn't sounds out of tune, just fat.  Maybe that's his sound. Maybe not yours or mine. But maybe his.
