Big fan of complexes, and Tyler Quinn of CrossFit St. Paul (www.crossfitstpaul.com) designed this one. It goes: power clean to hang power clean to hang clean to front squat. And repeat.
Here I am demo-ing it with 143 pounds. Not the cutest or fastest cleaning I've done (and yes, I see the donkey kick), but I made pit stops at 83, 103, 113, 123, 133 and 138 along the way.:)
